Top 100 Young Fishers Jhang Bo-ren: From a Fisherman to an Entrepreneur

　Kaohsiung's Mituo District（彌陀區）, which has the sea on one side and Tadi Mountain（漯底山）on another, is regarded as a land of treasure by Jhang Bo-ren（張博仁）, a third-generation local aquaculturist. With a background in clinical nutrition and bioengineering, he has improved the aquaculture environment and now promotes ecological aquaculture using pristine water without chemical additives.

　Jhang's “fishers' team” are aged mostly 21 to 25, while his “fishers' innovation team” helps outstanding young aquaculturists to become independent entrepreneurs. He also opened Mlikfisherhome Coffee Shop（餘香咖啡）to attract tourists. These efforts have not only brought economic benefits to Mituo but also boosted employment opportunities.

　His team handles everything from production to sales. He believes that local revitalization should return to the foundations of the industry and promote the area's products through a “local production and consumption” model, in order to achieve sustainable industrial development. This comprehensive development model is led by individuals — unlike others, which tend to be dominated by community development associations — and has successfully promoted the revitalization and development of the Mituo area.

Syu Wei-jhe, Head of Chengtian Integrated Planning Company, Initiated Coastal Revitalization Action

　Syu Wei-jhe（許維哲）, head of Chengtian Integrated Planning Company（澄田整合規劃）, is committed to promoting grassroots revitalization along the coast, including Yongan and Zihguan districts. He not only assists young fishers to return to their hometowns and become entrepreneurs, but also collaborates with local young people to showcase their creativity. They have established venues such as Mlikfisherhome Coffee Fish-eating Education Base（餘香咖啡食魚教育基地）and Tadi Community's Bamboo Hat Story House（斗笠故事館）, and assisted with the development of well-known revitalization projects such as the “fishers' team” in Mituo, Leader Su Quality Grouper in Yongan（蘇班長安心石斑）, and Li Fa-sian Ecological Farm in Zihguan（李法憲生態農場）.

　He collaborates with local youth and communities to organize events such as Mituo Seaside Life Festival, Zihguan Rural Culture Festival, and Kao Hai Fong Fisherman's Life Festival in Yongan's Singang Community. In the future, they hope to build further connections along Provincial Highway 17 and the coastline, inspiring consumers and visitors to explore agricultural and fishing villages and attractive streets, so as to revitalize characteristic businesses and showcase the vitality of Kaohsiung's seaside communities.

　　彌陀區濱海、南有漯底山，被在地養殖漁業第三代張博仁視為寶地，他以臨床營養與生物工程的背景，改善養殖環境並推動海水無垢生態養殖，他培育平均年齡21至25歲的青年「漁人隊」，成立「漁創客」協助優秀漁青獨立創業，並開設「餘香咖啡」吸引遊客。這些不僅創造屬於彌陀的經濟效益，也增加就業機會。
　　張博仁以個人團隊，從生產到銷售一手包辦，他認為地方創生應回歸產業的基礎上，透過「地產地消」的模式促進在地產品的推廣，實現產業永續發展。這種以個人領導的全方位發展模式，不同於其他以社區發展協會為主的案例，成功推動了彌陀地區的創生發展。

　　澄田整合規劃負責人許維哲致力推動沿海地方創生，包括與彌陀同為海線的永安、梓官區，不但協助青年漁民返鄉創業，也攜手在地青年展現創意，建立如餘香咖啡食魚教育基地、漯底社區的斗笠故事館等趣味場館，協助許多知名的創生發展，如彌陀的漁人隊、永安的蘇班長安心石斑、梓官的李法憲生態農場。
他更積極與地方青年及社區合作，籌辦彌陀靠海邊生活節、梓官梓感農村文化節、永安新港社區的尻海風漁夫生活節等慶典活動，他們期待未來能串連台17線海線，將顧客人流從農漁村景點導流到街區，活絡特色商家，展現高雄漁村再生的活力。
