The "Ocean Capital Kaohsiung" Bimonthly was first published in January of 1996 and changed format in April of 1999. We are very sorry to announce the decision to cease publication with this Nov.-Dec. issue due to lack of budget in FY2002. We appreciate your support and suggestions over the years.

　　本刊自85年元月創刊、88年４月改版以來，承蒙各界指導愛護及支持，謹表示感謝，今因91年度已無編印經費，自91年元月１日起停刊，特此奉知，並祈見諒。
