Internet Celebrity Mercedes Lin Promotes Kaohsiung Tourism through Stylish Photos

Recently, the Kaohsiung City Government invited model Mercedes Lin, who has over 270,000 followers on Instagram, to photograph the National Day fireworks display.

 Lin is renowned for her use of images to capture the unique beauty of Taiwan. At the invitation of the Taipei City Government Information Bureau, she captured captivating images of the Taipei World Expo fireworks, flags, Kaohsiung Harbor, the Kaohsiung Music Center, and other attractions. Her striking work has helped to expand the understanding of Kaohsiung's diverse charm.

 Mercedes Lin gained widespread attention after she posted a New Year-themed photo. In it, she wears a bright yellow, short qipao (a traditional Chinese dress also known as a cheongsam). She stands in the middle of a crosswalk with a yellow lion dance troupe, while motorcyclists wait for a traffic light in the background. The photo's strong visual impact and cultural significance have led to its repeated sharing.

 Lin's photography is full of creativity. She collaborates with photographers to develop content, striving to highlight local characteristics and traditional culture. Through her gestures and gestures, she exudes a unique charm, conveying the unique charm and color of each place.

 Lin sees Kaohsiung as a city of both diversity and richness. To her, the 85 Building, the light rail, Xiziwan Bay, and Lotus Pond all represent the city. Experience Kaohsiung's fashion scene by taking the light rail

 Lin Meiqi mentioned that she particularly likes the slow-paced and comfortable life in Kaohsiung, and taking the light rail to enjoy the scenery is a particularly leisurely experience.

 She highly recommends the Kaohsiung Harbor Light Rail route. Starting from Hamashing Station, the Hamashing Railway Cultural Park's retired trains and art installations are perfect for photo-loving visitors. Visitors stopping at the Pier-2 Art Center, located between Penglai Pier 2 and Dayi Pier 2 stations, can stroll across the Dagang Bridge, the longest revolving bridge in East Asia and the only one in Taiwan. Near the mouth of the Love River, visitors can admire the cutting-edge Kaohsiung Music Center, located next to the True Love Pier Station. From the Kaohsiung Harbor Cruise Terminal and Kaohsiung Exhibition Center, visitors can also enjoy stunning views of the 85 Kaohsiung Tower.
