A Relaxing Day in Cieding

　Nestled in the Qilou settlement（崎漏聚落）, De Hing Tang Herbal Pharmacy（德興堂中藥房）is transforming the practice of herbal medicine. This century-old pharmacy merges traditional Chinese medicine with medicinal cuisine and wellness teas, creating an immersive experience. 　In the afternoon, take a leisurely walk through Cieding Wetland Park（茄萣濕地公園）. Once part of the Zhuhu Salt Fields（竹滬鹽田）, the park has become a thriving ecological sanctuary. Here, you can observe mudskippers, fiddler crabs, and more than a hundred bird species. Visitors can climb up to the birdwatching pavilion to enjoy the panoramic views of the wetlands. 

　As sunset approaches, Xingda Port Tourist Fishing Market bustles with visitors. Local fishermen proudly display a diverse array of fresh catches. Whether you're sampling the delicious seafood or enjoying the lively ambiance, the evening market features local specialties such as squid balls, fish soup, oyster omelets, and boiled squid.

鹹海風散策 茄萣一日慢走

　　茄萣，一座吹拂著鹹鹹海風的濱海小鎮。晨起聞著餅香、中午品嚐藥膳，午後到鹽田蛻變成的濕地看彈塗魚跳動，再走進興達港漁市的喧鬧中，感受高雄最北端的迷人風情。
　　清晨走進白沙崙聚落，老字號「嘉和餅舖」仍以手工製作茄萣特有的白香餅。早年由椪餅改良而成，曾是討海人的隨身口糧，如今則成為旅人必買的在地伴手禮，也承載著漁村世代相傳的生活記憶。
　　接著來到崎漏聚落的德興堂中藥房，百年藥房結合藥膳、養生茶飲及五感體驗，推出製作香包等手作課程，讓傳統中藥文化融入地方創生，也成為認識漢方養生的新窗口。
　　午後漫步茄萣濕地公園，這片由竹滬鹽田演變而成的生態樂園，能觀賞彈塗魚、招潮蟹及百餘種鳥類，登上賞鳥亭，吹著海風欣賞濕地景致，格外悠然自在。
　　傍晚前往興達港觀光漁市，體會漁村的活力，新鮮漁獲與各式海鮮小吃搶「鮮」登場，花枝丸、鮮魚湯、蚵仔煎、現煮小卷等都令人食指大動。
　　茄萣不僅有鮮美海味，更蘊藏著屬於漁村的風景與故事，值得放慢腳步細細品味。
